Ingredients
- 30 g walnuts (toasted and chopped)
- 30 g almonds (toasted and chopped)
- 30 g peanuts (toasted and chopped)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (raw or toasted)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 20 g raisins
- 20 g dried cranberries
- 60 g rolled oats (old-fashioned or quick oats)
- 1.5 tbsp maple syrup (or honey as binder)
- 60 g sugar-free dark chocolate (chopped or chips for melting and coating)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)

Add oats to food processor and pulse, then add cranberries, raisins, and pulse until combined. Combine with toasted chopped walnuts, almonds, and peanuts.

Drizzle in maple syrup (1–2 tbsp) and add salt and your favorite spices to taste. Mix until the mixture holds together when pressed.
