  • 30 g walnuts (toasted and chopped)
  • 30 g almonds (toasted and chopped)
  • 30 g peanuts (toasted and chopped)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds (raw or toasted)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 20 g raisins
  • 20 g dried cranberries
  • 60 g rolled oats (old-fashioned or quick oats)
  • 1.5 tbsp maple syrup (or honey as binder)
  • 60 g sugar-free dark chocolate (chopped or chips for melting and coating)
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (adjust to taste)

    Add oats to food processor and pulse, then add cranberries, raisins, and pulse until combined. Combine with toasted chopped walnuts, almonds, and peanuts.
