Ingredients
- 1 cup sesame seeds (toasted)
- 2 tbsp raw sugar
- 2 tbsp pistachio nuts (unsalted, finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions

Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until fragrant and lightly golden, about 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool completely.

Grind the cooled sesame seeds with the sugar in a mortar to a fine powder.

Put the ground sesame mixture in a bowl, add the pistachios, raisins, and honey, and knead together to form a stiff batter.
