Ingredients
- 5 to 6 whole Roma tomatoes (chopped (about 1 cup))
- 1/2 large yellow onion (chopped (about 1/2 cup))
- 1 small jalapeno (seeded and roughly diced)
- 1/3 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 tbsp garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp salt (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp chili powder

Add the chopped tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno to a cutting board and chop it all up together into even small pieces.

Add the tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno to a medium sized bowl.

Chop up the cilantro and add it to the bowl.

Add in the garlic, lime juice, salt, sugar, cumin and chili powder. Stir it all together.

Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
