  • 1 15oz can chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 4 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 leaf bay leaf
  • 1 tsp thyme (dried)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
