- 1 15oz can black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 whole red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 small red onion (chopped)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- salt (to taste)
