Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Milk (80°F - 90°F)
  • 1/4 cup Water (80°F - 90°F)
  • ⅓ cup Small curd cottage cheese (80°F - 90°F)
  • ¼ cup Unsalted butter or margarine (cut in pieces)
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1¼ cup Whole wheat flour
  • 2¾ cup Bread flour
  • 2¼ tsp Bread machine yeast

Instructions

    Measure ingredients into bread pan in the order listed.

    Insert bread pan securely into baking chamber; close lid. Plug unit into wall outlet.

    Select 15 dough. Press the START/STOP button.

    After mixing, but before proofing, remove dough knead and shape and put in greased bread pan to proof for approximately an hour to two hours

    when bread has risen and enter two above the pan put in 350° oven for approximately 30-45 minutes

    Allow bread to cool on a wire rack until ready to serve (at least 20 minutes).
