  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 1 cup oat flour (blend rolled oats until fine)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions
