- 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
- 1 cup protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
- 1 cup oat flour (blend rolled oats until fine)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)
