- 3/4 cup water (or more as needed for consistency)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast

Add almonds, garlic cloves, cloves, lemon juice, and water to a high-powered blender. Blend on high speed for 1 minute, stopping to scrape the sides with a spatula halfway through, until the mixture begins to break down and release the almond oils, creating a creamy base.

With the blender running on low speed, drizzle in the olive oil slowly over 15–20 seconds for gradual emulsification. Blend another 10–15 seconds until fully combined and silky.
