Ingredients
- 1 cup ginger root (freshly peeled and grated)
- 1 cup horseradish root (freshly grated)
- 2 medium onions (chopped)
- 20 cloves garlic (crushed or chopped)
- 4 whole jalapeno peppers (organic, chopped)
- 2 whole lemons (zest and juice)
- 4 tbsp rosemary leaves (dried)
- 2 tbsp turmeric powder (or 4 tbsp freshly grated turmeric root)
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder
- 64 oz apple cider vinegar (raw, unfiltered, to fill jar)
- 1/2 cup honey (raw, added after straining, or to taste)

Chop or grate the ginger root, horseradish root, onions, garlic, jalapeño peppers, and lemons. Mix in the rosemary leaves, turmeric powder, and cayenne powder.

Pack all prepared ingredients into a clean half-gallon glass jar and cover completely with apple cider vinegar, ensuring all solids are fully submerged.

Seal the jar with a non-metal lid and store in a cool, dark place for 3 to 4 weeks, shaking daily.

Strain the infused vinegar through cheesecloth or a fine mesh sieve into a clean bottle or jar.

Stir in raw honey to taste, then label and refrigerate.
