Ingredients
- 1 15oz can chickpeas (well drained)
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (or malt sweetened carob chips, or raisins)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Blend all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a food processor until very smooth.

Remove dough from food processor and stir in chocolate chips. The mixture will be thick and sticky.

Form in 1½" balls. Place onto parchment paper and bake for 8–10 minutes.
