- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar

- 1/2 lb cabbage (very thinly sliced)
- 2 whole carrots (peeled and grated)
- 1/2 small red onion (very thinly sliced)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Make the dressing. In a large bowl, combine the lime juice, white wine vinegar, and salt. Stir until the salt begins to dissolve.
