- 1 lb 16 Bean Soup Mix
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 1 large carrot (chopped)
- 1 pkt Concentrate
- 1 leaf Bay Leaf
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
- 6 cup water
- 2 pkt Vegetable Bouillon (optional substitute for ham concentrate)
