  • 1 lb 16 Bean Soup Mix
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 1 large carrot (chopped)
  • 1 pkt Concentrate
  • 1 leaf Bay Leaf
  • salt (to taste)
  • pepper (to taste)
  • 6 cup water
  • 2 pkt Vegetable Bouillon (optional substitute for ham concentrate)

Instructions
