  • 1 block firm or silken tofu (drained)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 whole lemon (zest and juice (about 2 tbsp juice))
  • 4 tbsp nutritional yeast (or more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (use slightly less if sea salt)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
