- 1 block firm or silken tofu (drained)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 whole lemon (zest and juice (about 2 tbsp juice))
- 4 tbsp nutritional yeast (or more to taste)
- 1 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tsp onion powder
- black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
- 1 tsp salt (use slightly less if sea salt)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
