Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour (or blended oats)
- 1/2 cup vanilla or unflavored protein powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 whole egg (or flax egg for vegan)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F (347°F). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, mix peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
