Ingredients

  • 1 bunch kale (hard stalks removed)
  • 1 cup Cashews
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 Cup lemon juice (for blending sauce, as needed)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chill powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

    Remove the hard stalks from kale and place the leaves in a large mixing bowl.

    Add cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt to a blender. Process until smooth, adding a little water or more lemon juice as needed to reach a pourable consistency.
