  • 1 tbsp barbecue sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp liquid smoke (optional but adds great smoky flavor)
  • 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil spray (for coating baking sheet and tofu)
