Ingredients
- 7 oz firm tofu (½ from a 14-ounce block, pressed)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 tbsp barbecue sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp liquid smoke (optional but adds great smoky flavor)
- 2 tbsp olive or avocado oil spray (for coating baking sheet and tofu)
